If he has an AA, this probably doesn't have anything to do with his studies and it has to do more with how long he's been out of school and when he started his eligibility. I've done a little digging but it's hard to tell how the back and forth from Australia works. It looks like he came here to a prep school in 10th? grade, finished 11th in Australia and then went to ABCD. Then he went JUCO, so I'm having a hard time seeing how that's a question.

Yeah, I'm pretty confused. If his clock started in 11th grade, and he spent 12th grade at ABCD, I think he would technically be a RS Senior this upcoming year. But, if there is something funky going on when they start a school year in Australia, maybe he technically would only be eligible for the 1st semester this year.

I got some good news and some bad news that will come out in the next few years about ISU athletics in general. If you can't wait for Halsted, Birch, etc. and just want to know that there will be an announcement, I'm your guy. Don't ask me any details or how I know, since I wasn't supposed to say anything anyway and I wouldn't want to risk my double digit sources not giving me the kind of information that I can't share in the future.

I'll confirm my news once they get officially announced. Then you'll know that is what I was talking about.
What are you talking about?

I started putting sauerkraut on my hotdogs. Like a mini brat when I get done. Think first time was at a Twins game when a dog cost like $8. Wanted my money's worked so I threw everything on it.

**** you guys and this ****** thread.
Obviously doesn't like tomatoes, pickles, the Renaissance, hot dogs, burgers, mustard, salsa, catsup, scoring point guards, talented 6'9" Australian basketball players or a united Germany. He probably enjoys flatulence, the black plague and probably thinks that the Slavic people should still be enslaved by the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

I'm thinking having Malou transfer to DMACC and not play this year was a way to try to get him eligible to play next year. Maybe they knew the NCAA was going to count 2 years of wherever he played in Australia + 1 year JUCO = 3 years of "college" level basketball already. So they told him to go to DMACC not just to finish his degree, but to preserve a year of eligibility by not playing and essentially taking a red-shirt year. That doesn't effect the 5 years time limit, but it would effect the 4 years of actually playing limit.

Going out on a limb there. I like your thinking.

Didn't he play first semester at Yuba and then transfer to DMACC for second semester?
