Is it just 1 person? We’ve used a service for about 8 years and it’s $170 once a month in Waukee. They usually have 3 people here and are in and out in 50-60 mins.
Sometimes I think they can do certain things better, but then again it pisses me off that they fold the blankets and move the pillows on the couch that I have to mess back up to be comfy
After reading some of these posts of one or more people spending the equivalent of 5-7 man hours makes me wonder if we need to make a change.
They always do toilets, microwave, stove, etc so not sure what to think. Maybe we just have a super efficient crew.

Don't forget house size in this. We don't have a completed basement, for instance. Someone with a finished basement or even two story will take longer.
