When they say he clearly doesn't like to score that tells me they know virtually nothing about his game. He loves to score but is also a willing passer. That is the best part of his game.

When they say that he doesn't like to score, I think..."who cares?" He is never in a million years going to be a scoring point guard in the NBA. He is going to be a guy who can break down a defense, get to the lane, and distribute.
This is true. You don't have 12 prolific scorers on every NBA roster at all times. It's silly to think that everyone drafted must be projected to score big numbers at the next level.
