I don't blame the neighbor to doing this, just the timing...... I mean, I am all 5 decibals over on Wednesday night at 3 am all the time.....

Seriously assuming the 60 db is accurate I don't even know that I make him run at all. This kid sounds like an absolute ****. I don't know about these apartments but in the middle of the afternoon when I'm guessing people are studding, hanging out, or watching tv at Freddy I can hear easily 60 dbs just walking down the hallway.

If I were Fred I'd more feel sorry that BDJ has to live next to this kid.

60DB at 3AM with a lot of bass is not a trivial amount, that'll make it very tough to sleep. BDJ is an ******* for being so loud. Just because he's a basketball player doesn't mean he gets to ruin the quality of life of his neighbors.

Enough of what? First, you're not their neighbor so you don't know ****. Second, there's been no specificity as to what this "disrespect" is so again, you don't know ****. If your definition of disrespect is having a conversation in the next apartment late at night you should get some earplugs to sleep with.
