I highly doubt that a student bbal mgr in the last two hours has even known whether CFH and BDJ have even talked yet let alone tell u without CFH telling the media first himself. I'm not saying he won't miss a game just not buying it sorry.

Redshirted initial collegiate season ... posted an 8-5 record while competing unattached … placed second at the Kaye Young Open where he pinned Robby Sherwood of Ellsworth, Juan Munoz of NIACC and Ethan Railey of Lincoln … pinned Blake Rodgers of William Penn at the Harold Nichols/Cyclone Open … posted a 3-2 record at the William Penn Open where he pinned both Marshawn Lacy of William Penn and Javon Jackson of NIACC … also recorded an 11-2 major decision over Ellsworth’s Robby Sherwood William Penn Open.

High School
Compiled a career prep record of 157-20... Four-time first team all-conference member... Three-time all-conference academic honoree... Four-time state qualifier finishing sixth as a sophomore at 130, fifth as a junior at 130, and fifth as a senior at 135 ... Was coached in high school by Dave Wengen.

the amount of "i heard" or "i know someone" on CF is ridiculous in general.
 
This Matt White character is most likely Aaron White's brother, and he's obviously trying to give his brother the upper hand
 
Seriously assuming the 60 db is accurate I don't even know that I make him run at all. This kid sounds like an absolute ****. I don't know about these apartments but in the middle of the afternoon when I'm guessing people are studding, hanging out, or watching tv at Freddy I can hear easily 60 dbs just walking down the hallway.

If I were Fred I'd more feel sorry that BDJ has to live next to this kid.

Exactly. Enough is enough after awhile. 4 months of dealing with disrespectful neighbors who clearly haven't received the message would suck. Doesn't matter who they are.

This sounds like it was not good police work by whoever drew up the complaint and was a definitely trumped up based on the evidence they had at the time.


Iowa code 124.407 states that it's a crime to "sponsor, promote, or aid, or asist in the sponsoring or promoting of a meeting, gathering, or assemblage with the knowledge or intent that a controlled substance be there distributed, used or possessed"

I think that police had no one fess up to the marijuana, so they couldn't charge with possession. This is kind of the default charge when they can't charge with possession but found drugs. However I think it lacked probable cause for the charge because the weed was not being distributed, used, or possessed. I think they could get evidence for constructive possession if they wanted and refile the charges, but at the time they did not have sufficient evidence for this.
