CPR locked out by Mangino

I just beg Mangino to use every second.....no McCarney/Ferentz ball when there is a minute left and you still have timeouts at all.......Play every freaking second to win, because passivity is infectious and taking a knee is lazy. You take a knee when you are in victory formation at the end of the game. period. Mangino will have to get that straightened out with the old head coach between now and August.
Kansas sucks.

Rhoads should have say in only a couple things on offense: forth down calls, and situations at the end of each half.

I have no idea if messingham had his own "system" but Rhoads did hire a guy to run another guys system. (Herman's system)

Then threw in some pistol with an o line coach adding in his own plays. That was the mess.

Loved to hear Mangino's tone of voice. He clearly knows what needs to be done, just needs to figure out who it is that's going to step up and make it happen.

Think about the experience and bona fides we now have with our two Coordinators. If they and Paul have done a good job hiring young assistants, this staff could be one of the best ever.

I find it hard to believe that Rhoads doesn't at least have a key to the room. If Mangino took his keys, maybe he's overstepped his boundaries. I can understand coming in and wanting to have control over the offense, but control over the facility keys? I don't think so. When Mangino came in, I thought that could give a real boost to the offense and really make it fun to watch again. Now, however, the only thing I'm worried about is what other rooms does he have keys for? Did Pollard give him clearance? Does Leath know? How much power should he have?

Edit:Oh wait, it wasn't literal? Mangino hasn't actually been locking Rhoads out of rooms? Shoot...well, I guess I still like Mangino then.

You guys do recognize hyberbole, right? Metaphor? Or, "coachspeak"? CPR isn't literally, actually "locked out" of the meeting rooms. He just trusts Mangino to get it right, so he can turn his attentions elsewhere.

This is CF, we only do hyperventilation here, not hyberbole!

Those decisions will always be made by the head coach with input from both coordinators, If Wally is saying "run the clock out we can't stop them" and Mangino is saying "let me go for it we can get it". What do u do? I'm sure all our past O coordinators have said "go for it". Mangino and the Offense will have to earn that trust, on the field next year.

Ditka didn't have anything to do with the greatest defense to ever knock a fool out. Last I checked that Bears team was still held in high regard.

Keep CPR's *** out of the offense and let the master work his magic. The man WON at Kansas. Let that sink in...
