I would prefer to see lesser schools in the east stay in the east. It's unfortunate that the big 12 has put themselves in a reactive position and not a offensive position. Late to the shootout. It's a probably not going to happen but I'd love to see the Big 12 merge with what's left of the PAC 12 and have a new name for the future. Iowa State and the Big 12 would fit better with a contiguous conference that goes West. A person came dream right? Jamie Pollard has been the best AD in the history of the school and I wouldnt be surprised if we find in ourselves in a better position when he retires than this back fill conference. Time for a new world
Its crazy how not that long ago Iowa State played Nebraska Mizzou Colorado and now they're all gone. Now we are gonna play Houston and a directional school from Florida or worse. Maybe we should go independent so Iowa State's competition doesn't fall any further.
You probably should consider joining hokreport...CF has enough trolls as it is.
They're gone, but they're definitely not better than they were when we regularly played them. So, I don't see them as a loss.
What's crazy are the hard times that Nebraska, Mizzou, and Colorado have fallen upon. The grass wasn't greener, at least when it comes to being competitive.
