Colorado transfer portal

How many left before? If prime completely cleans house, he can use a rebuild as an excuse for a bad year this year and make himself look better then if he wins a couple more the next year. Lowering the bar some for himself.

Honeymoon for Prime ends Sept 2.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict Colorado starts out 0-5 after opening with TCU, Nebraska, Colorado State, Oregon, and USC. It will be interesting to see how Prime weathers the inevitable storm.

I thought is was 17 total and 8 since Saturday. Two that entered Sunday were proven WRs. In any case, I think this will go either really really good or really really bad for CU. On the outside it sounds like he is brining in a bunch of selfie centered, "me first" kids. That my be a tough dynamic to manage with a whole room of them. My son lives in Fort Collins and says CU fans are drinking the Kool Aid with a fire hose.

If Prime is successful, he will be leaving Boulder in a hurray for the SEC or NFL. I'm not saying he is cut out for that but his hubris will drive upward movement ASAP.

1) your previous post title of "CU to the Big XII" was a very poorly written title.
2) CU had too many scholarship players, which was the main factor for this exodus
3) Many/most of these players would be best suited for MAC level teams
4) Many/most of the players transferring since the spring game knew they were going to transfer. They were using the spring game to attract attention to potential other schools

"Tongue in cheek" title.

I mean, he did kind of tell them this would happen.

I'll be interested to see how it goes. I find some of the social media stuff cringey and it's really a different thing to see a coach make it as outwardly about himself as Prime has. But when you are as down as Colorado was, I can see the need to do something different. Issue is, there's no way he stays in Boulder if he even sniffs a little success.

I'm not a fan of Coach Prime, but losing a bunch of players from a team that has a new coach and went 1-11 last year isn't exactly earth-shattering news.

Latest word out of Boulder is that 17 players entered the portal after the Spring Game. To the imbeciles who wanted my last post banned, I am waiting for an apology.;) I am not Surly either.

They went 1-11 last year. Part of it was coaching I’m sure but when you go 1-11 in the PAC-whatever it is now, most probably aren’t suited for Power 5 football.
