We cant determine that unless we know who the source is (not that i expect CW to reveal that, lest that source become not a source). Source could have plenty of motivations for leaking false\incomplete information.

Some of this stuff just sounds so made up. JP has known for weeks Fred was leaving and I'd be disappointed if he didn't have a pretty solid plan locked in place for a while. If that was TJ then announce TJ and move on with it
