sad thing is, it isn't the programs decision to bank it or not. if we can't get anyone to accept a FREE RIDE to our program, then we have to bank it. it's looking like that is the case. we have 4 schollies to fill and from what it looks like, no real prospects for any of the 4.

Staff? What staff? It's pretty easy to keep secrets when you can hold your staff meetings in a SmartCar & still have room for the coffee maker AND a tray full of donuts.

And couldn't their tight-lippedness be at least partly because they really don't have anything to tell us right now?

i was being a little sarcastic. yes i do realize they are being tight lipped, but we haven't heard of many targets besides the 7'1 guy from wiscy.
