So do people think they are smarter than Fred? People are saying Bubu isn't good... But if he can Fred will play him heavy in the rotation.

If this team is relying on Bubu Palo to be a contributing member of this team we are in for a tough year. For some reason some dumb posters on here really like him, but i would rather have anybody else with actual talent, play.
How was he not good? He had a role on the team last year, and he was damn good in that role.
We relied on him being a heavy contributing member of the team for the last 2 years. Your definition of rational is flawed. When Fred says that Bubu has a great shot at starting point guard for us next year, that means more than your silly statements.
My point is if you were Bubu's family, why would you not appeal????? I think he has a chance to win an appeal or they would not spend the time or effort on it.
You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Bubu is a 10 minutes per game guy, nothing more. His sole purpose is to come in and give the main contributing PG a breather. Not having an experienced guard to play that role next season is not going to be a gain for ISU...it will be a loss.
Not saying you're wrong with this case but you realize people are allowed to disagree with Fred, right?
Was it his -23 +/- that lead you to this statement or the fact that he's a PG who can't handle the ball?

You don't follow what Fred himself has said about Bubu Palo at all do you? He was a big contributor on this team last year, and he would have been even more so this year.... according to Fred himself! You can believe whatever you want to about Bubu, but I will go with what Fred says about him.
Bubu averaged less then a turnover (.8) and 1.4 assists per game last season at 12.5 mins per game. 24 assist to 14 turnovers. 89 to 60 in his career.

These decisions should NOT be based on whether or not a person is "useful". Does your comment indicate that you would be on the other side if it was Niang, or Ejim?
I love the people that think losing a 5th year senior that averaged 12 minutes a game (all in conference play) and replacing him with no one is a good thing for this team.
