I just got off the phone with Iowa board of regents general counsel Thomas Evans. He said no student appeals will be heard this week.

Iowa State hoops source wasn't holding out hope on Bubu Palo. Says it's behind program now, didn't know much about decision to appeal.

Bubu Palo would have had to file his appeal 20 days after the final institutional decision — Aug. 31 — per Chapter 10.02 of Policy Manual


Looks like the staff doesn't know anything about this and Bubu is too late to appeal.

Anyone who thinks that the President of Iowa State did not consult with the University attorney's at length in all of this is not living in reality. As for Angie, I agree with everything she said.
