Sad thing is, in that family the complete-tool father's tend to be the better place for the kids than the whacked-out-waste-of-space mothers.
Mother Spears was set to release a parenting book on Mothers Day '08 that has now been put on hold indefinately.
And yes MTV will embrace this and make it into some F'd up reality show to portray 'lil Spears as a role model for young girls.

I think we're all kidding ourselves if we actually think that she'll be the one taking care of it. She'll hire a nanny.

I'd like to think that there's a chance of that, but I'm guessing not. I'm sure she has all of the usual tag-a-longs that just want here for money. Then there's her mom. We've all seen how well she's handled Britney's debacle. Then there's Brit herself. Her inner circle, at least from the outside looking in, doesn't look positive.
That is true I think for some of us!
Obviously not all as there a good group of individuals who do believe in no sex until your married. Not that I agree or disagree with it, but just smarter values at a younger age I think.
Brit is a mental wreck. Her mom sucks, but cant be blamed for it all. Im guessing her little sister will disapear into the shadows. One of Brittneys problems is her over exposure to the limelight. Who knows anything about her sister other than shes "Brits little sister"

I think I was the same way. I tend to be more cautious with my decisions. Sometimes that paid out and other times I bang my head against a wall wondering why I didnt go for it =)

I think some one in that family needs to teach their girls about the birds and the bees. At 16 i hope you are not planning to get pregnant. I think most teenage fathers leave when the going gets tough leaving the mother with the child and expenses that go with.
Parent and many parts of society treat teen sex as this huge no-no, don't wanna talk about it - don't wanna deal with it, refuse to accept it does happen.
Kids are going to do what they want to do...period. IMO, all parents and other role models can do is educate them as much as possible. I'm not at all saying to condone it, but how many portray it, it drives the teens to do it, not stay away from it.
Humans are sexual beings - it's how we express our feelings. I certainly would not want any future son/daughter having sex at such a young age - yet I refuse to beat into their heads they should not be doing it - instead making sure they're educated and have the proper protection if they should indeed decide to do it.
Hiding it, sweeping it under the rug or making a huge issue if your kids catch you in the act is not going to solve anything.

Has there been anything that has said she didnt use protection? If so that'd explain her surprise, they thought they were being safe but the protection fails. As for the baby because of some of the babysitting I've done I've seen her on tv and such and it seems as if she has her head on straighter than Britney.
So you ALWAYS used a condom and/or your partner was ALWAYS on the pill and taking it in the proper manner (everyday when they are suppose to).
