If David stays, his leadership for a year of those two freshman would go one HELL of a long ways. I almost hope he stays for that reason more than his beast mode productivity on the field.

Yeah, how ridiculous is it that 247 has him as a 4*, #9 RB in the nation in his class and #1 in Kansas but Rivals has him as a nationally unranked 2*. Just another example of how bad Rivals sucks.

I 100% EXPECT Montgomery to leave. Let me preface it with that. But if you’ve ever listened to him speak, it’s all about a bigger picture for him. I wouldn’t be shocked in the least if he came back to get his degree if he hasn’t earned it yet, or if he just wants to finish his career on that note. He seems very much like a “enjoy the moment” kind of guy.
