I don't think players really have time to overthing a speach for a post game interview, especially the one after the Ole Miss game. That was all Tebow...
So said person put on ignore can feel the sting of being ignored. That's brutality right there.
He's going to run onto the field and retrieve the tee after each kickoff at JTS next year. It's actually spelled "Teebow".
I actually thought the Ole Miss speech was a good one and seemed genuine. I don't doubt he's a hell of a competitor.
Of course players don't actually have written *******. Some of them, however, are smart enough to know what to say. I appreciate guys more if they say what's really on their mind and not what they think everyone else wants to hear.
I think it's amazing that people will rip people such as Vick, Plax, and Pacman Jones for being menaces to society, and in the same breath rip guys like Tebow because he's "too much" of a role model. Which is it - are guys supposed to be menaces or role models?
Right or wrong...I think people tend to like it when guys just quietly go about their business...there are a lot of class acts out there that the media doesn't make a huge fuss about-but due to Florida being such a prestigious program, and Tebow playing QB...they've latched onto him seemingly even more than they did to J.J. Reddick when he was at Duke...Reddick was about as soft-spoken as they come but a lot of people couldn't stand the guy...that being said, these guys are gonna be millionaires with beautiful women just attacking them, and they are going to be able to do what they love for a profession...I wouldn't feel too sorry for them because people take a few cracks at the media's obsession over them.
Exactly. Warrick Dunn has done some great things off the football field, but the average fan would have no idea.

And for the record, I don't "hate" Tim Tebow. I too don't like the media lovefest and have always felt there was something phony about him. Just my gut feeling I guess. Heck of a ball player though...
WOW,Tim Tebow can't even write a full sentence without conjoining two or more words and spelling words correctly, but he has the cure for cancer....amazing!

Somebody has to do it. When it's your line of work it gets really annoying. I try to let it go, but the guy who spelled wear, ware, as in Andre, twice had to be pointed out.you have quickly ascended to commisioner of the Spelling Police.oliceman:
There's nothing funnier than someone blasting someone else's spelling/grammar and ****s up spelling while doing so.
I know I don't spell correctly all the time, but I like to pretend as though I'm better than the normal human being.
I think people rip Tebow because he seems to relish and fan the flames of his own convictions. People harp on Warner for similar reasons, but I think Warner understands humility and doesn't seem to expect praise for his good-deeds.
Nicely put, I get tired of hearing about the "off the field" problems that players at all schools have. The problems only get worse as the players move from College to the NFL. Prime example Plaxico Burress! The Tebow story is a nice change of pace.
