Bowl Situation Thread

Michigan has long been projected to the Sugar. If Bama doesn't play for the national title the Sugar take bama with their first pick the the Fiesta gets the next 2 picks one of which is likely Stanford the other may not be Michgan it could be KSU or Baylor. If Bama in title game I expect Sugar to take Michigan
 
In the USA Today poll Michigan moved up 4 spots while Idle and Baylor moves up 2 spots after destroying Texas... that doesnt make sense

It makes complete sense. I've been saying for 2 weeks to people I've talked to that Michigan is a media darling and they have a love fest with the Big 10. They are going to make sure Michigan makes the top 14 and gets a BCS bid. I'm not surprised one bit, in fact, I would have been shocked had it not happened.
 
I really think we get two in the BCS, and it's SD vs. NY for us, and whether or not the Big 12 wants to help us out.

And if Michigan plays Alabama in the Sugar and gets blown out (which they would be, they are not very good) then it just adds fuel to the SEC's superiority complex.

It makes sense in the 'the media has a hard on for the big 10' sense, but not in the 'did you watch any football this season' sense.
 
Usually on Sundays, the players have team meetings around 1sh. I would keep your eyes on Twitter as usually these guys have a difficult time keeling their mouths shut
 
Could you imangine if Michigan plays bama in the Sugar and gets thumped then they start the season with them next year that would be a joke

Can you imagine if Alabama beats LSU in the title game 9-6? What in the world would that prove? LSU beats Alabama 9-6, and Alabama beats LSU 9-6. So who's better?

That title game does nothing for 98% of the country.
