***Big 12 Preseeds (Mon.)/Brackets (Wed.)***

Preseeds for the Big 12 Championship are scheduled to be released on Monday, with brackets to follow on Wednesday.

Seeding is done by a conference-appointed panel. Top 8 at each weight will be seeded, with the rest drawn in to the bracket. Bracket draws are done behind closed doors, from what I can tell.

Seeds and brackets are subject to change until Friday night, if there are scratches/replacements between now and then.

Blind draw behind close doors with Smith doing the drawing & everybody name on white paper & OSU on orange paper

Do we have a decent shot at capturing a Big 12 championship? That would be an excellent stepping stone for the team.

It’s pretty wide open between us, okie st and Mizzou. If our top 4 of our 5 horses (Paniro, David, Marcus, Yonger, and Sammy) make the finals which is really doable then we got a shot. We need the other guys to win some matches and for Yonger and Paniro to get right a little bit to in order to make it happen. Weird things happen in that tourney so it will be a rock fight till the end probably.

Anywhere from 1st to 3rd is possible, probably. Lower than that and somebody probably got hurt or something.

Does Okie St have enough horses even to win it? Other than Fix?
 
I don’t think the wrestle off occurred yet. Not if Corey would deserve a higher seed than Fuessley

I don’t think it has either! At least not to my knowledge. Just sharing what I had been told. That wasn’t from Dresser which is why take it with a grain of salt. Whatever Dresser says Wednesday is the fact of the matter haha
