Wild, I did not know that.Rod Stewart doing "Ooh La La" is interesting to peg. It's kind of a cover, but not exactly. He was in the band that did the original version, but he neither wrote nor sang it.

Rod was the lead singer of The Faces. "Ooh La La" was written by Ronnie Lane, the bass player, and sung by Ronnie Wood (now of the Stones) the guitar player.
