Yeah, so lets have the Big 12 take back CU, and add U of A, ASU, UCLA and USC.
All goes back to who has a stronger coalition. Being the "new guy" is what destroyed the Big 12.

Beebe says he tried every possible scenario to explore adding value to conference. Says he inherited a lot of problems (disagreement between institutions, unequal revenue sharing)

Beebe won't answer a question about which way Texas is leaning. When asked if Texas is still working to keep Big XII together, dodged the question at first, saying many schools are exploring all options. When pressed, says no comment.

He said that he has had communication with Texas, but those are private conversations and that is how he would like to keep it.

Anyone else listening to this think that the Big 12 is done? His comment earlier about how he has heard from other conferences about the remaining teams (no matter who that would be) and that his job is to help those teams move forward tells me that everything will be done by Tuesday.

Kudos to DB for even speaking to the media, but this is all over. When an AD openly admits the teams in his conference are listening to overtures from other conferences, it's definitely over.

"Not adding more members" = the BigXII is laying down.
