Not sure I said it did.
The way you phrased it made it sound that way. No biggie. It's easy to misunderstand a post.

I expect him to make the visit because he said he would...will it have an impact, no.
Curious...what would be the mindset of someone to take an unofficial visit to a school a little less than a week before they have scheduled an announcement, and that visit to not have any effect? Is it that he said he would before he made up his mind and since then has made it up but still has that visit lingering in the background? Is it just to say goodbye?

Yes, you did.
I hate Duke
This late in his recruitment...No chance...Always bothered me about saying everybody is equal. Just simply, isn't the case...When in life is anybody given six choices and they don't narrow the list almost immediately?I'm sorry I miss understood your prior post when you said he was not coming to ISU to mean he wasn't making the unofficial visit.
I do agree that the visit won't be a game changer, but I still have hope that he is undecided. I hope the coaches can sell him on the fact that at ISU he can do something that has never been accomplished whereas the other school don't present that opportunity.
If he's as much of a competitor as I think he is, I would think the opportunity to do something at ISU that has never been done before would be fairly compelling. That's what I would be selling him on if I was part of ISU's coaching staff.
Take ISU to its first ever final four/national championship and your legacy will liver forever.

Not sure what his mind set is...He has done everything he said he would up until this point. Why would he change now?
He's at the practice facility 3 times a week...How much of an impact can an exhibition game make?
Haha, thanks for the reply... Really is pointless to hypothesize about this kind of thing, just wanted to know your take on it. I'd say if Harrison is spending 3 times a week at the practice facility then I hope the coaching staff is getting the job done.

Wow, is he really at the practice facility that much? I don't want to start a sour tone but if he chooses a conference foe...that is messed up.
This recruitment just puzzles me...being a kid that grew up worshipping college basketball in this state it would have been an honor to tell the big boys no. Guess I'm not and never have been in HB's shoes but it still puzzles me. I think that is the main theme I hear from people..they just can't see how he CAN'T pick ISU.
I actually agree with you on this. In fact, I'm a bit surprised that the NCAA allows it.
But I can easily see how HB would choose a traditional power over ISU.
We've been to the final four before...

I agree. You would think that a honest kid like him would feel bad about using ISU's facilities if he knew all along there was no chance he was going to play for us. It's things like this that still give me a glimmer of hope that he may be a Cyclone yet. Then again, maybe he has us all fooled. I guess we'll find out soon.
