So do I. We are so incredibly fortunate to have had the level of talent, thrills and chills we continue to experience here at ISU!
I thought the Warriors traded for Babb just to have a non-guaranteed contract to cut right away, but they gave him a legit look. Good exposure for him even if it didn't work out, we'll see which team gets him on their D-League squad now.
I would be surprised if Chris doesn’t go overseas to play. The last I heard starters were earning an average of around $85,000 per year in salary plus an apartment and/or a car. Granted you may be called up from the D-League to the NBA and could earn around $5,000 per day for a short term 10 day type of contract, but if you playing well overseas, the NBA is still going to take notice.

A lot of overseas contracts don't have outs in them. You're not going to go over there and then just expect an NBA team to come calling during the season. Babb is really close to making a roster, seems like he's made good impressions in both Boston and Golden St. I think he needs to stay in the NBDL for now and wait for some injuries. Europe will always be there for him next year.
