Well then, I guess we won't be seeing any apologies from you then for starting this thread.

Jerks don't issue apologies.
The issue here isn't about holding athletes to some impeccable standard of behavior (i.e. blowing rainbows out of one's butt), it's about one (or possibly two) of them that apparently can't behave in a basic civil manner towards his neighbors. I've not seen anybody here asking BDJ to be Mr. Rogers.
The reason we are having this whole discussion in the first place is because BDJ isn't staying out of trouble, and it's gotten to the point where the "team" apparently can't control it and law enforcement has had to be involved on multiple occasions. And from the media reports, the issues have not just been confined to one neighbor (although one has chosen to speak publically about it). And now the ISU MBB team has been dragged into the fray.
That's admirable, but what does BDJ being a good basketball teammate have to do with the issue at hand, which is him being a repeated nuisance to his neighbors?
Except for the fact this isnt new, and has happened everywhere he has been. All signs point to he hasn't learned anything besides ultimately he will get out of jail and continue playing basketball like nothing happened.
Bravo. Correct.
Others could learn from you.
Actually no... BDJ did issue an apology and it's quoted in the ESPN recap of the Southern game. So he felt he needed to do it and maybe CFH felt he needed to do it. But obviously much to the chagrin of some on this message board.

If one comes, it will be in the post game Sunday.
I didn't say he shouldn't or shouldn't at some point, I meant lots of fans seem like arrogant dbags placing high horse demands on him as he was already being simultaneously punished and having his name dragged through the mud on espn. I'm proud of him for the statement but still think it's pathetic some fans get on here with pitchforks.
