Thank you for purchasing 2018 Valero Alamo Bowl tickets. With your support we were able to sell our initial 12,000 ticket allotment. With that said we secured additional tickets from the Valero Alamo Bowl and are happy to inform you that we will be able to accommodate your ticket request.


Please see important information regarding your Alamo Bowl tickets.
  • We are able to accommodate your ticket request but please note that your tickets may be placed in the next available price range, based on availability.
  • Everyone regardless of age requires a ticket for admission
  • Cards will be charged on or before December 12
We show that you have selected to have your tickets available on your mobile device. An email will be sent letting you know when your tickets are available and instructions on using your mobile tickets. If you would like to change your delivery method please contact the ISU Athletics Ticket Office at 888-478-2925.​

Bought tickets via stubhub with message that I need to wait for a email that I need to click on to accept the tickets. For anyone else that bought through stubhub and are waiting on this also have you gotten that email yet?

Order tickets on stubhub Tuesday and am still waiting. I've waited like this before for NFL and MLB games. You will get your seats.

I ordered Wednesday good to know others are in the same boat. Have ordered with stubhub many times and not had issues but there could always be a first time for anything.

I’ve sold tickets on Stubhub. As soon as I get a message from Stubhub that tickets have sold I transfer them using using the athletic department ‘s transfer option. The recipient gets an email almost instantly that they must accept the transfer for it to happen. Until they accept I can cancel. I contact Stubhub and agree that I transferred. I get paid

I did not get this. I ordered the university package through Anthony travel and got the $80 tickets with the package.

I ordered Monday, and StubHub said my tickets will be ready by 12/26, so I wasn't really expecting to hear anything yet. I have no doubts it'll all be fine.
 
The suspense is killing me. My credit card is supposed to get charged today - nothing processed yet. WHERE AM I SITTING? (and are you prepared for the **** storm if I'm disappointed?)

EDIT/UPDATE - My card just got charged for the $135 ticket (plus service charge) That's a good start.

@CycloneRulzzz I just got an email from StubHub/TicketMaster saying my tickets are ready to accept. Was able to get mobile tickets saved.

I'm guessing it's whenever the original seller gets them/transfers them on their site.
 
Received an email from UPS today saying I have a delivery scheduled from Iowa State Athletics. Originally, it said they’d be delivered today but now says delivery date can not be confirmed.

That may mean that the UPS label has been created but the package has not be picked up. I get these messages when I buy something from eBay.

I had the same thing. Logged in first thing this morning and no ticket charge. So I proceeded to buy a racecar parts to the tune of $2000 and then the ticket charge magically appeared. I got racecar parts and football tickets it's like Xmas morning.
