It does make you stop and reflect on how the character of the athletes we have now has improved over the years, pre Campbell (from what I remember) it seemed like you could expect at least one player a season to get dismissed or arrested for something, now not so much.

Unless there is some sort of proof he didn't do it, which is almost impossible at this point, he's not going to be anywhere near around. The "suspension" is a formality and it's simply used just in case. This isn't one of those stories that feels like it could be made up either and I say that as someone who approaches these things with skepticism a lot of times. This one just seems like it has too many small details and events to be anything but the truth.

Nor should they have to wait. There is a difference between being in prison and not being allowed to attend a specific university
