Would not surprise me to see the Big 10 get 6. The argument for Indiana basically is "we're in the Big 10", and that doesn't mean as much this year. A lot of awful to mediocre teams in that conference. Props to Iowa for beating who they should beat down the stretch.
I don't think iu deserves to make it.
And in regards to Iowa, ****** competition now or not, at least they aren't backing in this year. Feels good to see them build leads in the second half lately instead of cough them up.

Iowa's RPI still well below 40, at 47. That pretty much screams 8-9 game for a power 5 team. But those kids are playing well, despite their lack of ability. There's a chance they can improve on their seeding with a good showing in the Big 10 multi bracket free for all next week.
Iowa is going to end up a quality win for us, which I find hilarious. Especially considering that this is the weakest Big 10 in years.

This. Indiana isn't good but Iowa had a good game plan and took it to them. I don't see them winning a game in the tourney but at least they're in
I could understand you posting this if we lost, but you do realize we won that game, right?
With our game in the past I would think fans of both teams would want the other to do well prior to the NCAA tournament. The more each team wins the better it makes the other numbers. Iowa is now a top 50 win for you which should be helpful come tournament time. And while Iowa's loss to ISU was never a bad loss it can pretty much be thrown out the window if ISU is a 3 or 4 seed.
