We need to keep upgrading our talent level. It’s obvious that we’re far behind currently.
I might get killed for this but at some point worrying/thinking it’s possible lard will transfer after the season isnt ludacris.
Absolutely not, but losing at home to Milwaukee by 18 and putting up 45 in Hilton is never acceptable even in rebuilding years.
Sorry to break up the pity party, but hasn't Prohm coached to B12 tournament championships. Let's keep at least a few facts on the table here.

1 tournament championship. If you're using that one, you have to accept opening the can of worms that it wasn't his team. Then we have to have all the facts on the table.
No one's arguing to run him out right now, but there are valid concerns. He struggled mightily to run offense with last year's team and this year's, the inbounds plays are a continuing mystery, and the defense is a constant issue.
Next year will have more talent, but if the excuse of youth is vaild, then we have another year of problems in a sport where you shouldn't expect multiple years of problems.
I'd really love to not have to burn my Prohman Empire t-shirt. I expect you will have used up all your lighter fluid by then.

He's already used a redshirt year. He's too good to sit out another year. Plus he knows he's a future star on this team.

And please explain how a coach is supposed to do this? And I mean exactly - no fluff, no theory, just explain to us - and Steve- exactly how you would do this? Does anyone not recall the years of Dejean Jones or Mackay. People like you wanted to crucify Fred because he didn't "handle" those guys properly. Very tired of arm chair coaches who think they have all the answers. Do you even know Prohm; is it even possible for you to look at his total performance since he came here, rather than 2 or 3 recent games? Sheesh, posts like this are frustrating.
I think we’re a little behind in the coaching department. Next years talent should help hide that a little better than this year.

My memory could be bad, but i don't remember mckay having issues under Fred, when he was DPOY, but had issues under Prohm.

These coaches are getting paid millions of dollars to have those answers. The fact that a random message board poster doesnt have those answers is irrelevant. I'm not qualified to be chef either, but i can go into a restaurant and know if the food is terrible.
I don’t want him too and I understand. This day in age that doesn’t always matter and clearly there something between CSP and Lard. Again I’m just saying it’s somsthjng to think about and is possible
You say never acceptable, so does that mean we need to fire Prohm on the spot? It's a loss. A very bad one, but that's what young, not good teams do. They lose, and sometimes when everything goes against you, you end up with historically bad losses. They also beat a top 10 team in Hilton by more than any Hoiberg, Eustachy, or Floyd team.
I wouldn’t think he would transfer just go make money playing professional...school is obviously not his strong suit anyways
Nope, and I figured you would say that. But these performances shouldn’t be forgotten if failures rack up in the future. Nobody is saying fire Prohm right now. Some are still nervous about our future and I think that’s perfectly reasonable.
