***2024 Minnesota Vikings***

Cousins has been a little off today but he's also playing tough. He's stayed in the pocket and taken some shots

Jefferson is a great receiver! BUT, in the pregame piece on him, he wanted to be known as the greatest receiver of all time.

Umm, that's great, alpha mentality, type 1 and all that, but Randy Moss might have a say in that discussion.

I also take it Jefferson has some great stats so far. Check. But,

Jefferson 6'-1", 40 time 4.43
Moss 6'-4", " 4.25.

Moss was such a freak.
 
I’m gonna be honest. When they were 7-1, I figured I’d be happy if they finished around .500 the rest of the way.

I still feel that way. Don’t make me do the math!

The division is essentially wrapped up. To win the North, the Lions would have to win out and the Vikings lose out.

The 2 seed looks like it will come down to them and whoever comes out of the West. Miami could do us a favor and beat the 49ers today.

Give me the 2 seed and avoiding having to go to Dallas, NY, and SF , and I’ll gladly go to Philly and take my beat down. And chalk this season up as a rousing success.

Yeah a 2 seed against Seattle, NY, or Washington would be ideal. They'd likely be favored. If they would happen to win, they'd at least have a puncher's chance in the second round at home.

Figuring out how to score in the 3rd quarter would go a long way towards that. One TD in the 3rd today, essentially would have put that game away.

If MIN wins at DEF and SF loses vs. TB next week (both big maybes) then MIN is going to be in an incredibly strong position for a top 2 seed. Would've been nice for Miami to win today to help out, but Brock Purdy is gonna do Purdy things.

If you add a PHI win @ NYG on top of that, MIN is going to be in position to maybe get locked into the 2 seed very early. I wonder how KOC would play it if we were locked into the 2 seed no matter what with the two road games @ GB and @ CHI still left to play. Sit the starters for two games or what?
