We'll see what they end up doing with it.Not really when you consider Minnesota gave up pick 46. Not worth it.

If the picks are Detroit's #34 and #66, the Vikes would be +260 on the Jimmy scale. Huge. They got Detroit's other 1st, a very early 2nd and a 3rd for it. That's a pretty big haul
they also gave detroit their 2nd as wellIf the picks are Detroit's #34 and #66, the Vikes would be +260 on the Jimmy scale. Huge.
If the Vikes threw in #46, they got fleeced by 230 points on the Jimmy scale. Not really when you consider Minnesota gave up pick 46. Not worth it.
Thought they might move down, but not that far. Terrible first trade.Initial impression for me is we didn't get enough of a return for falling 20 spots...
I wonder if they are hoping for Booth or Elam at 32or 34
I think it's this year's 3rd round pick from Detroit. 66 overallSo according to the draft value chart the #12 = 250.9.
#32 = 112.6 and #34 = 108.4 so 221 total.
The 2023 3rd rounder will probably range between 38 - 60 according to this year's value chart.
Are you serious? Everybody is trashing this move. Deservedly so.They got Detroit's other 1st, a very early 2nd and a 3rd for it. That's a pretty big haul
Analytics like the trade for the Vikes. In Kwesi we trust
Yeah, I hadn't seen that they gave up their own 2nd. Seems like they could have gotten more, but we'll see what happens. Are you serious? Everybody is trashing this move. Deservedly so.
They essentially trade spots in both the 1st and 2nd round with Detroit to pick up a third. Lost way too much first round value IMO.Kwesi is definitely an analytics guy. I'll reserve judgement until I see what they do with the picks.

I like Elam but he is nowhere near as good as Hamilton or McDuffie. I don't think Elam falls that far. If we can get Zion Johnson or Kenyon Green at 32, a corner at 34... that would be decent. Then a tight end and safety in round 3. Guess it doesn't matter, this trade was a bonehead move.Initial impression for me is we didn't get enough of a return for falling 20 spots...
