I think he'll want more than they can afford too. Rookies.Lazard for Thielen please. And I love AT. Can you imagine Lazard helping JJ and Hockenson by blocking and being a 3rd receiving outlet? Makes too much sense.

More productive than AT but still an overpriced piece. They have severe cap issues they are working to solve and I'm ok with that. This one would hurt. Multiple times over the last couple of years its seemed like he was the only one playing defense.
Kind of makes you wonder what Rick Spielman was planning on doing if he had kept his job.More productive than AT but still an overpriced piece. They have severe cap issues they are working to solve and I'm ok with that.
Yeah, he's been a great Viking, but that contract is a tough pill to swallow.More productive than AT but still an overpriced piece. They have severe cap issues they are working to solve and I'm ok with that.
I don't disagree. It just makes me nervous what the defense will be like without the fixer.More productive than AT but still an overpriced piece. They have severe cap issues they are working to solve and I'm ok with that.
Look at it this way, the defense was flat out terrible WITH him. It might not improve, but it also can't get a lot worse. They're hoping that between Bynum and Cine, they'll have competent safeties, maybe not all world, but competent, and then you use the saved money elsewhere. It's a risky venture, but so is rolling out there with a safety on the wrong side of 30 on a big contractI don't disagree. It just makes me nervous what the defense will be like without the fixer.
I suspect next year's North title race will come down to the Vikings and... *checks notes* ...the Lions.1 year late, but I love cleaning the slate.
Jefferson, two young tackles, and a solid offensive coach. Time to build it back up.
The NFC North is not very good, especially if Rogers leaves
Great kick returner too. It's too bad there are so few kick returns anymore.1 year late, but I love cleaning the slate.

He’s got some hard miles on him too.More productive than AT but still an overpriced piece. They have severe cap issues they are working to solve and I'm ok with that.
Getting rid of everyone. Full restart. The defense sucked so if we have to get rid of some guys whatever
Great career, but is on the decline and will continue to slide over whatever time he has left. Can still be an asset against zone coverage, but man coverage now shuts him down. He has also had a harder time pulling in contested catches - maybe a side effect of all the mileage that his body has absorbedYeah, I really held out some hope that he'd see the big picture and ride off as a Viking. He's still decent, but he's past his prime. His story is one of the better ones out there and you just wanted him to be a Viking lifer.
