***2024 Minnesota Vikings***

I don't disagree. It just makes me nervous what the defense will be like without the fixer.
Look at it this way, the defense was flat out terrible WITH him. It might not improve, but it also can't get a lot worse. They're hoping that between Bynum and Cine, they'll have competent safeties, maybe not all world, but competent, and then you use the saved money elsewhere. It's a risky venture, but so is rolling out there with a safety on the wrong side of 30 on a big contract

1 year late, but I love cleaning the slate.

Jefferson, two young tackles, and a solid offensive coach. Time to build it back up.

The NFC North is not very good, especially if Rogers leaves

Great kick returner too. It's too bad there are so few kick returns anymore.

Yeah, I really held out some hope that he'd see the big picture and ride off as a Viking. He's still decent, but he's past his prime. His story is one of the better ones out there and you just wanted him to be a Viking lifer.
Great career, but is on the decline and will continue to slide over whatever time he has left. Can still be an asset against zone coverage, but man coverage now shuts him down. He has also had a harder time pulling in contested catches - maybe a side effect of all the mileage that his body has absorbed
