Speculation; I'd think Campbell doesn't want to fire anybody. He'd rather they "seized an opportunity" somewhere else.
Just please tell me our new OC won’t be someone who’s spent their entire career in the MAC.
And bringing the SC coach from a weight room with 20 machines and a few racks of free weights.
Andrews firing is a head scratcher. Thought he turned the ship after ND tossed us around like rag dolls.

I don’t hate it without knowing anything about his actual skill. He has a personal connection to Campbell (coached with him at Toledo) and likely can recruit the hell out of Ohio. Campbell was never gonna hire the “independent contractor” type. He values staff unity too much
I’m surprised if Andrews is indeed out. Our Oline probs seemed much more technique and scheme related than strength related.
