Turnovers aside, I saw a lot of fight in this team tonight. They battle you tooth and nail and never give up. Extremely proud of the effort.

Is that true? Not that all may want to come back.

They have 6 seniors, Damian Dunn is the only 5th year, so everyone else is eligible to return. I doubt Shead, Cryer or Sharp return, but who knows.

Kstate losing tonight was big. The more they and UCF keep losing, they both should be out of tourney contention and not in desperation mode when we play them on the road.

yes, we need a completely demoralized k-state that doesn't care about revenge anymore but just wants the season to be over.

Numbers aren't telling. They were still fouling in the 2nd half as if they were going to get the 1st half calls. Then they did get the 1st half calls again. We had 3 more fouls than them, if you're looking at raw numbers. They should've been called for a dozen more.

Well s***. Send a message to JP and let's get the conference to type up an apology letter. A dozen more fouls and Houston runs out of players. Should have been a forfeit. What an outrage.

Arrest Sampson because obviously he was slipping them C notes every time they talked to him. Kick Houston out of the league, fire all those officials and yank their qualifications so no one on earth will ever have to deal with this type of travesty ISU witnessed tonight.

Shead is just freakin good. There was one push off on the three and we want to act like that was the difference in the disparity between him and Tamin. Tamin is clearly not himself with his shoulder but PG play made the difference tonight. No debating that.

This board is just exhausting when it comes to officiating. It’s every loss. You aren’t going to get a favorable whistle on the road. That’s reality. And this was an impossible game to officiating.

It’s just a loser mentality. We needed to be that much better and we weren’t.

Every fanbase does this in every sport ever. I get exhausted by green grass and blue skies too.

Say what you will but I lost all respect for Coach Sampson after the cheating at both Oklahoma and then Indiana. That said, Houston is damned solid, and we fought well. ISU is a really good team.

My point was exactly that. This is a top 10 program that made a Final Four very recently. We got overrated, goodbye, and go start the bus chants. It was amusing if anything. And kind of weird.

I want to apologize for the overrated chants. Unfortunately, some of our students are still learning game etiquette. I think some of the older guys in the crowd shut it up pretty quickly. I think it’s one of the most annoying chants and I’m very sorry. Y’all are a top 5 team.

ISU had 3 more fouls despite fouling at the end, and ISU was in the bonus WAY before Houston.

I’d consider that a run of the mill home team bias, with the exception being when KU comes to your place.
