PSU has the more talented team, but it was 14-7 psu at the half last year @ PSU.
WVU's qb was making his 1st start in front of 110000 people, and wvu wasnt playing the wrs and rb who ended up starting most of the season.
PSU has no offense. If GG is on, WVU will score on PSU. J. White and CJ donaldson are one of the best rb tandems in the country. WVU led all power 5 teams in rushing last season, and returns everyone except our all big 12 center.
And has added a starting wr from oklahoma state for depth.
PSU has more talent, but a mobile qb can equal the field. PSU will be favored, but i expect a much higher scoring output than last year from WVU.
with deep pass threat, a running qb with real wheels, and j white and cj donaldson, plus all the tes and wrs back--wvu should be hard to stop.
PSU may outscore WVU, but they'll have to do it. PSU's defense wont shut down wvu like it did at times last season.
my biggest concern is psu hired kansas' offensive coor. who is extremely good with motion and formations. PSU's offense will be harder to stop next year too.
