Time for a Real Discussion About Caitlin Clark

Let's look at this from a different lens...

1. If CC was at ISU I could see Bill Fennely going ape **** over the collision.
2. CC is the greatest athlete (male of female) this state has ever produced, that was a serious exaggeration of contact.
3. If the movie is getting out the same time another is starting, that does not give the people exiting the right to run people over.
4. The contact should not have happened, other kids should not have been there, but they were. Now if you leave at a sprint or run, the faster you leave the more likely something like this would happen. The rest of the team was several taking their time getting off the court. They did not have a problem?
5. When your at the top like CC and Iowa now, this has to be discussed. You're #2 in the nation playing on the road the court storm on a loss is inevitable. Plan for this?

You can disregard all of the above, I hope to all thing great in life that she goes pro after this year. The circus that surrounds her is exhausting. I think my inlaws are going to invire her to Christmas next year
Court storm after 2nd ranked team loses on the road is not always inevitable. There was no court storm in Hilton after our men beat Houston.

Two acceptable takes:
1. Non-story. Let's move on. Seems to be what TGNC and the actual Iowa team are trying to do now even if their initial comments make them look bad blaming a fan who really did nothing wrong. Ohio State's fan and the one particular fan did absolutely nothing wrong because court storming is common and no need for anybody on that end to apologize. Accidents happen, move on.

2. Clark shoved a fan because she was pi$$ed they lost, fell down on purpose like a baby, and pretended to be injured for a while. (frankly the video evidence points to this one pretty clearly and option #1 is just a good strategy to downplay it all)

Anything other than those is just the most ridiculous thing I've heard in my life.

IMO Caitlin Clark naturally falls that way when contact is made. She instinctively flops in an overly dramatic fashion. Years and years of practice.

It was an accident. Ohio State fan and Clark collided in the confusion. Not intentional. No one hurt. Move on.

According to Hassel, the whole world cares…. duh…. it’s Caitlin Clark. Basically the same thing as Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and LeBron James.
She’s got the flopping ability of LeBronze, the ego of Jordan, all she needs is to develop an opiate addiction and she’ll the greatest American athlete ever.

Yes they accidently bumped into each other. But Clark intentionally flailed about looking for attention. It's comical at best.

Yeah, the clip in the post above yours, the fan seems to glance away from her phone long enough to see CC coming and changes direction trying to avoid collision. CC, the star athlete, takes multiple steps looking right at her and then sticks her arms out without making any attempt to change direction. Sure, harder to do when running, but why is she running in a crowd of people?
Its a Hok thing I think. They think they are extra special that everyone needs to get out of their way, or bow or kneel.

I mean I think we all remember a certain band trying to march straight into and through a crowd of people. Then got their feels hurt when that crowd didnt magically part like the Red Sea for them.

I said on a Social media post that it was a flop, and was attacked mercilessly, my family was attacked, I was attacked personally, I was accused of not supporting women. Why? Because I dared not bow at the feet of hok fans and their queen.

Bluder said she was upset their fans used obscenities so I assume CC will miss games at some point for that.
Let's keep in mind she didn't even say "obscenities" as far as I heard. She simply said "inappropriate words." It probably means they were cursing at her but we don't know what Bluder finds inappropriate. For all we know it could have been "Cyclone".

True, but if that had been an overtime game and Houston had the front runner player of the year it most likely would have been a court storming. You can never predict it I think was your point and I would have to agree with that. However, the chances increase when it is a higher profile opponent.

Actually, cc had time to avoid the collision or at least stop and grab the girl so there would not be a collision. But, the attention *****/ victim that she is she took drastic route. She was pissed they lost, the total acting job and Whoa…..”got the wind knocked out of me “ story is a total fabrication. The other person actually did go flying after cc pushed her and she bounced right back up.

And if the students had been back from their break.
