WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Rough news for KSU: Ayoka Lee out roughly four weeks.

We play KSU home on 2/14 and away on 2/28. The 2/14 game is just shy of four weeks, so she's questionable for that one at the moment.

It sure seems like our quick repeat games are never against the gravy teams, but too lazy to check. Oh well play them as they come up.

K-State led KU by just 3 with 4:00 left, before pulling away and winning by 11. Jackson (KU) only played 6 minutes; apparently lost some teeth in a collision in the first quarter.

Texas had a 4-point lead in Stillwater after 3 quarters, and extended from there to a 10-point win. Booker (UT) had 19 pts, 6 reb, 5 ast, and 5 stl while Jones went for 18/14.

Baylor committed 23 turnovers, but managed to escape with a 77-74 home win over UCF (now 0-6).

Thanks I was trying to figure out why Jackson didn’t play many minutes. I expected her to have a good game as KSU doesn’t have much in the post without Lee.

Of course…they win their Super Bowl against us and then regress to their normal crappy shooting

They are crappy FG% overall but not crappy from three. Tech is shooting 37% from three in league play. That's #2 in the league just behind our 38%. They run hot and cold but you can't say their normal is crappy. We aren't a great defensive team. TT made the open threes vs us and looks to have missed them vs BYU since BYU is not great on D either.

Sounds like it was good game. Love me a good shoot out but forgot (well, poop!) it was on.
It was a very entertaining game. Iowa was up 10 late in the 4th and OSU came back to force OT and win.

Clark was playing hero-ball big time late in the game and in OT. I don't have the stats, but seemed like she took an overwhelming percentage of their OT shots and was tossing up bricks on anything that wasn't a layup.

I've been surprised at how good Davis has been for them lately. However, I don't expect that will work as well come tourney time. That being said, they appear to be gelling as a team a bit better than earlier in the season.

Great game, tough day for Stuelke. CC made some ridiculous passes that didn't get converted by Stuelke and O'Grady. McMahon was a beast down low for them, we had no answer. Learn from it, keep going, tOSU is a solid team.
