Yeah just because a random reporter has a list that doesn’t mean anyone at the school feels that way. Think we learned from realignment how these guys just post anything. I love cmc for isu but that’s just not the right fit for a variety of reasons at UW
Well, I'll give you credit for confidence. You're either going to look like a genius or an idiot.Grubb is going with DeBoer to Bama.
Washington is going to the Big10 and DeBoer sucked at recruiting the PNW anyway.
Washington will be uniquely ready to recruit in the Midwest with Campbell
Book it
If Campbell went higher than 7-6 with the roster this year, then I'd be more worried. Also if Washington wasn't located in Seattle, I'd be more worried.
He’s not a Washington insider though, just throwing out his opinion, but based on talking to anyone involved, just his thoughts. That’s why the list is so bigThamel isn’t exactly a “random reporter”.
The team loses everything from the Natty team this year. It's going to be ******* BRUTAL for the next coach to live up to the fans expectations, especially since they won't be playing cupcakes week in and week out like they did in the PAC 12
Been there in the last 5 years? What's your beef with Seattle? I love that place and decided in my next life that is where I am living.
His performance this year isn't what will hurt him for jobs like that. 4th place in the big 12 after everything that happened in the offseason is a stellar performance there. In a vacuum I think this year could be sold to a fanbase pretty easily.
If i'm a washington fan, 2021 is what takes him off that list for me. It'd be easy to sell the "yeah he was 7-6 at iowa state, but its iowa state, he would do better with our talent pool" angle. But harder to sell that when the team with the most talent and expectations underperformed. And then there's the angle that he's like 1-6 against the big 10.
Just stop.Been there in the last 5 years?
Been there in the last 5 years?

Here we goBeen there in the last 5 years?
I actually think Campbell would be more willing to move this time around, but I don’t think he’s nearly as desired. As always, despite what our fans think, he’s on a lot of coaching lists. He turned it down 2 years ago. Could he be interested this time? Sure. But it seems less likely.
The Pac-12 was stronger top to bottom than the Big 10 this year. Washington had one of the toughest schedules in college football and still went 14-0.The team loses everything from the Natty team this year. It's going to be ******* BRUTAL for the next coach to live up to the fans expectations, especially since they won't be playing cupcakes week in and week out like they did in the PAC 12
Go on......Been there in the last 5 years?
Seattle is very nice, but it does have a homeless problem, like most cities in the Western US (including my beloved Denver)Seattle’s a nice town if you go in reality and don’t watch Fox News.
I wouldn’t want to live there for a lot of reasons, but not one of them is related to politics or some perceived urban danger. It’s expensive, crowded, and the climate is awful (for what I want).
Campbell’s family loves Ames. Living in Seattle would be wildly different.
No, but he's "heard" things on his tv, I'm sure. Here we gohave you?
