Yeah we gave him that nickname. He earned it with us. Yup. Same guy.As a Denver fan, McGlinchey has gotten a ton of pre-snap penalties which has earned him the nickname McFlinchey. He hasn’t been terrible, but hasn’t been well received. Probably good the 9ers shed that contract.
I'm not sure I'd say he doesn't deserve it. I think Brock has the better stats but head to head has to matter some.Lamar doesn’t deserve to be the MVP.

So one game is all it takes to win the MVP? Brock was in no win situatio. The media brought up different QB every week and Brock finally had a bad game. Why Lamar can have a bad game but not Purdy? He sucked against Steelers and lost the game against Browns. Ravens are winning because of their defense not Lamar.I'm not sure I'd say he doesn't deserve it. All true and very unfair. But for this year that's how it's going to be. He had to be perfect this year to get it. They were looking for every excuse in the book to not give it to him. Should he win a Super Bowl and a Super Bowl MVP people will look at him a little different next year. Still some doubters. But less so among potential MVP voters, fans and media. So one game is all it takes to win the MVP? Brock was in no win situatio. It certainly feels like they’re trying to give it to someone other than Brock. I don’t quite understand the MVP odds. There seems to be a heavy recency bias.Lamar doesn’t deserve to be the MVP.
Both may deserve to be MVP, Jackson has a case just like Purdy does.Lamar doesn’t deserve to be the MVP.
No, but that was Brock's chance. Fair or not.So one game is all it takes to win the MVP? Brock was in no win situatio. The media brought up different QB every week and Brock finally had a bad game. It is really unfair. The national media expects perfection from Purdy but not from other QBs.No, but that was Brock's chance. Fair or not.
110%.No, but that was Brock's chance. Fair or not.
If the tables were turned and Jackson threw 4 picks in that game and lost would you think his MVP stock should go down?It is really unfair. The national media expects perfection from Purdy but not from other QBs.
How about Jackson throwing pick 6 against Browns? He was horrible. Ravens choked110%.
Horrible performance, tipped balls aside-included. Viewed by a whole lotta people, nationwide - "Experts"- idiots, while Jackson shined.
Done, with this MVP stuff.
Suspect Brock is as well.
Head to head matters. How about Jackson throwing pick 6 against Browns? He was horrible. Ravens choked
Then why was Dak ahead of Brock after Cowboys beat Eagles? The national media was looking for an excuse to not give the MVP to Purdy. It was Hurts, Prescott, Hill, McCaffrey, then Jackson. Purdy finally had a bad game against Ravens. Jackson doesn’t have numbers to win the MVP.Head to head matters.
Dak **** the bed not long after that. Buffalo was his chance. He missed it. It's just how it goes. Then why was Dak ahead of Brock after Cowboys beat Eagles? But Josh Allen didn’t become the front runner for MVPDak **** the bed not long after that. Buffalo was his chance. He missed it. It's just how it goes.
