No interest in hearing about Iowa city.Google STD's/Villages.
Does being tired every day around 9:00 pm count? Was never a problem back in my college days, but now, just can't seem to shake it. Thinking about seeing my doctor.
Hey now, don’t insult my beloved zpack! But seriously azithromycin is both very effective and also very affordable.Zpack is truly one of the worst antibiotics ever created. Glad it worked for you but it's never worked for me, nor for anyone I'm in contact with (friends or family).
For sinus infections Biaxin (Clarithromycin) and Amoxicillin tend to be the best for me.
On this note I had been sicker than **** for the previous week and a half. Started as a cold and then morphed into a sinus infection. Only now am I starting to get over it (after taking Amox). Easily the worst infection I've had in years, and that's coming from someone whose had 2 sinus surgeries.

It's getting bad enough that my 11-year-old can outrun me. I mean, he pretty much always could cause I'm a fat pig anyway, but now he blows by like I'm nothing. I'd better quit while I'm behind or get some sort of perpetual injury.Wait until you pull a muscle or something. Things that used to take 3 weeks to heal are now pushed out to months.
Hard to see for sure (unless I squint) but I believe snowcraig is one of the authors.
I burst my ear drum on a plane two weeks ago / So try that.I'm still trying to get back to normal. Started with a sore throat a few days after Thanksgiving after I returned from Orlando. About 4 days later it moved to my sinus. My right ear became plugged. Then a few days later it moved to my eyes! They were extremely bloodshot and oozed an awful discharge. Couldn't open them in the middle of the night because they were matted shut. Now my throat is a little sore again and my right ear remains plugged after several days. This sucks.
If anyone knows of any tricks for getting your ear to pop, let me know.
Amen brother, using broad spectrum antibiotics like the Zpack is an effective way to treat illnesses that are most commonly viruses. Our kids will thank us for our service to medicine.Zpack has worked for me as I'm allergic to (bad spelling alert) Ceclor, codine and penicilin. Doesn't always clear everything up but it generally does. I always got bronichitis growing up - also had the croup as a child - and then double pnuemonia as a freshman in college -
oddly, - knock on wood - I generally speaking have been healthier as I got older.
I've still had my illnesses - don;'t get me wrong. But the chronic being sick like I was in my early teenage years not quite as much thankfully
Also as much as I love Christmas and the holiday season in general, I really hate what has been traditionally called cold and flu season. Off and on with the nose, sore throat or whatever, seems to be going around every year. Im a borderline hypochrondraic so every time my throat hurts - like it does a little bit today - it means I'm dying.
I know I'm a reasonably health 39 year old whose lose 25 pounds and have worked on managing stress since having slightly high BP in the early summer - so I know I;m taking good steps there and overall I feel pretty darn good 90% of the time.
I usually hit a wall around 7 pm or so but I also get up around 4 am most mornings so I suppose that's not a huge surprise lol
For what? A response to your snide comment about antibiotic resistance? If he was talking about viral infections and taking antibiotics for the hell of it sure. However for the majority of what he mentioned, bronchitis, bacterial pneumonia, and many sinus infections, taking azithromycin is the proper form of treatment. He didn’t say anything about taking antibiotics for the hell of it.Go ahead @FriendlySpartan, anxiously awaiting.
Ok so having bacterial infections as a kid and in college=take zpacks at 39, got it doc.For what? A response to your snide comment about antibiotic resistance? Or maybe he also has had bacterial infections at 39, way to jump to just the worst possible conclusion. Nothing he posted was indicative of misusing antibiotics. He still has to have a zpack prescribed in the US so instead of just presuming he is wrong maybe give his pcp a little credit?Ok so having bacterial infections as a kid and in college=take zpacks at 39, got it doc.
I don’t know anyone it hasn’t worked for. I’ve had it a couple times and I think everyone of my kids have had it also. Hits fast and gets us back at it quicker than anything.I'd hope it works for at least some people as (literally) I don't know a soul that antibiotic has ever worked for and my primary (internest) won't even prescribe it as she says it seems to be ineffective for most people.
If I go to an urgent care or a minute clinic the first thing I tell them (when considering an antiobiotic) is to not put me on a Zpack. Like I said you'd hope it works for some (glad it works for you) but none of my family or friends have success on it either.
Correct . I’ve not taken an antibiotic or had a prescription since November of last year and idk the last time before that.Or maybe he also has had bacterial infections at 39, way to jump to just the worst possible conclusion. If you had a point about antibiotic resistance to make you could have just come out and said it instead of going after him for a pretty innocuous post.
