I doubt that Wisconsin or MSU will be down for very long. Nebraska and UCLA could eventually wake up as well.
Of the Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon, Washington, and USC pot they play at least two of those teams in the first 5 years released. They are going to be hypersensitive to schedule balancing moving forward after how the big 10 W. versus East panned out.

I was comfortable at that point that ISU wasn’t getting 2 TDs. They got one against the prevent defense. I didn’t love that Phil went to that in that situation but it worked in the end.
That’s good then! It’ll be like what ISU has been doing for the past 10 years. We won’t be able to talk **** about your weak schedule.
TBF, the past 2 years the BIG10 west is worse than it’s ever been. It’s never been this bad before
I really don't think OSU is really that much better of a team now though. They lost to UCF, and then played junk games against Houston and BYU. OSU is a really weird team.

That’s probably accurate. Although Petras had 3 years to get better and in fact got worse every year. Hill at least has shown some improvement in half a season.
In the second half I never felt like ISU could win that game. But it was still a one score game at the end, but then again Iowa does that a lot and still wins. I feel like they are 68-2 or something like that when leading by 8 or more points since 2015.
But I still think Petras at his worst is still better than Hill at his best. Petras started with a much higher ceiling and floor than Hill did.
I don't think I can say 1 is better than the other. Hill makes more mistakes but he makes a few more completions that petras would of thrown ball away. I agree with @7Got6 In that petras never improved too. Hills best games have been the 2 prior to nebraska.
People didn't realize it at the time, but he was pointing to the concession stand guy to toss him a hotdog.
Wisconsin went from really good to average and minnesota from ok to bad is essentially what's happened imo
Time will tell but I’m guessing it’ll be harder. I don’t see Wisconsin, Nebraska and MSU underperforming indefinitely. There’s only so many wins to go around though.
And yes, the West has been awful the past two years. Prior to that, though, they usually had 2 to 3 good to really good teams every year.

I can agree with you there. It's always been worse than the east, but it has NEVER been this bad. I saw somewhere that at one point this year, I think week 9? The Sun Belt East was power ranked higher than the Big10 west. Now the BIG10 West is ahead of them again, but man it's never been that bad before.
