F*CK IOWA

Not just whining about it... KF yesterday, a month after the fact, was swearing and literally crying in the post game presser yesterday about how it was the worst call he's ever seen since he's been in coaching. He looked like a complete tool up there not having any idea what he was talking about. Nothing he said made any sense in regards to the call.

He waved his hand low, trying to show what Cooper did, and then waved it up high trying to show what a fair catch is... only showing he still has no F*CKING clue what the call was and the rule applied. He only proved how correct the call was by doing it. It was painful to watch the old man... BF should have gone up there and took him off stage to save him from the humiliation.

I really think this is his last year. It doesn't make any sense at all for him to come back. Does he really want to work for the person that fired his son? KF doesn't listen to anyone.... he won't have it. And... he should know that Iowa will NEVER have a shot at a B1G Championship game appearance EVER again after this year. No way will Iowa finish in the top 2 in a B1G with Michigan, tOSU, Oregon, Washington, USC, and Penn State. NEVER. He should step down on top after this season if he knows anything.... which yesterday he proved he doesn't... so who knows what he will do.
What Kirk has become:

I think you misunderstood me. I'm saying Kirk and Iowa fans are dead wrong. Vs when ISU fans have a legitimate gripe but Iowa fans want to give us crap for complaining about calls.

It was absolutely the correct call on the invalid fair catch signal, and it's ridiculous to be bringing it up weeks later and have Iowa fans justify Kirk doing that. It must be because in their warped homer perspective they are allowed to dig in simply because they are hoks so its somehow different... because it certainly can't be because the call was incorrect
My bad, I did misread your post then.

I have yet to meet a fan outside of ISU and Minnesota that said Iowa didn’t get screwed. Says a lot.

So you're saying there's lots of idiots out there that don't know the rules of the game? Is that supposed to surprise me?
Where is Iowa's apology letter at if they got screwed? I'll clue you in... there isn't one... because Iowa lost fair and square and did not get screwed. Some day you'll understand how wrong you are.... maybe.

“We got screwed”, Kirk Ferentz!!

Kirk was playing to his core audience. You and the rest, predictably, ate it up. Everyone else sees you as a bunch of delusional crybabies.

At this point, what difference does it make between 11-1 or 10-2? Everyone outside of Iowa sees right through their record. They’ve beaten absolutely no one and been exceptionally lucky/unimpressive in doing so.

Let’s say MN got jobbed and Iowa was sitting at 11-1. What happens if Iowa wins next week? Do you think they get a CFP bid? What happens if they lose? Do they get a NY6 Bowl?

Iowa fans will be anxiously awaiting to see where their volleyball team will be seeded in the NCAA tournament tomorrow . . . . Or not

Most Iowa fans frustration is that the review was to see if he stepped out of bounds and then they called that after the fact. It’s like reviewing a TD pass and then seeing holding and calling it after the fact. The invalid fair catch signal was technically the correct call but that’s not the problem most people have with the call. You can’t review a scoring play for one specific thing and go looking for something else otherwise a whole bunch of TD’s would be getting called back.

At the end of the day Iowa is 10-2 and playing in the B1G Championship game despite a horrendous offense and terrible luck with injuries. I’m enjoying the moment and also fully expect to get blown out by OSU or UM.
So, if he fumbled the return, Minnesota scoops and scores, but it is overturned on invalid fair catch on the replay, you would be on here complaining about the overturn?

I'm sorry, Didn't Iowa STILL have the ball anyway and had chances to go down the field and score after that correct call on the field anyway? Your precious offense sucks...and not only ISU and Minnesota know that. The WHOLE country knows that. You lost you little whiner. Get over it.

Cooper DeJean would never fumble. He is perfect!

Wow crying about a correct call? I bet he never shed a tear for his many players who suffered racially based humiliation within his football program, or the woman who was sexually assaulted by some of his players

Stupid Wisconsin and Northwestern both won today and finished 5-4 in conference giving Iowa 2 wins against conference foes with winning records

That makes 7 such wins for them in the last 7 years.
