Best Thanksgiving Dessert

Warm slice of apple pie and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, together in a bowl.
Got a pumpkin cheesecake from Costco in the fridge, haven’t tried it yet but it looks delicious.
No desert for me. I just go back for another plate after about an hour nap.
Pumpkin with an inch thick layer of cool hwhip on top.
I was going to go with Pumpkin pie but I can never turn down Apple crisp.
Pecan pie is the worst. Should not even be considered a pie

One of our family’s best thanksgiving dessert traditions was trying to guess what pies Dave Letterman’s mom would make each year.
My MIL always gets me either a key lime or lemon meringue pie. I'll eat pumpkin and pecan but she got it in her head that I hate both, so she always makes sure to get me my own. I'm not complaining about getting my own dessert.
Don’t mind the pecans, it’s the layer of sugary goo that I don‘t care for. Damn Southerners
