Preseason Hype Thread 23-24

Did they ever have to play ISU in Hilton in November?!

I'd be curious to see how it would go if the worst NBA team (so probably the Pistons or the Spurs) played the best college team (so probably UConn) to see how it would go.

The NBA team would slaughter them, sure, but I'd wonder by how much. Would it, say, be worse than what UConn would do to one of the worst college teams in the country.

I know it would never happen, but at least it would be possible, unlike a college football team playing an NFL team (where that would be physically dangerous for the college players).

Is it an NBA team after NBA coaching and practice? Or just a collection of viable NBA players on a bad team?

With NBA coaching and time I think they crush the best college team in a bad way.

They'd both be blowouts, but I would have to think the worst NBA vs best NCAA would be a more competitive game than best NCAA vs worst NCAA

We're in luck. UConn played LIU who finished dead last in KenPom last year.

Final Score-114-61

Now UConn would've gotten smashed by the Pistons but I don't think they lose by 50. They probably lose by 30 but not 50.
