Prior to this game, Purdy had two potential game winning drives: vs CLE this year and vs LV last year. In both opportunities he drove his team down the field as time expired, and the kicker missed a 40 yarder to win.

Didn’t matter vs the raiders as they won in OT anyway.

Interesting. On that second interception, I remember thinking, "Wow that's a rainbow of a pass...", and then it was picked off. Makes a little more sense now. He had been so sharp all season leading up to that.

I am not sure how you stop it on this type of play, but wasn't that helmet to helmet contact?

• Initiating contact with the helmet to any part of an opponent's body. Contact does not have to be to an opponent’s head or neck area — lowering the head and initiating contact to an opponent’s torso, hips, and lower body, is also a foul.
