New Uniforms Revealed

ESPN writes this article about Week 6 uniforms teams are rolling out that stand out.

ZERO mention of ISU Trice Uniforms. Which have probably the best story behind them. How do you miss this? It’s laughable to me. I mean, they even mention Western Kentucky, Miami of Ohio and Ohio for god sake, LOL.
It should be noted ESPN only showcased uniforms for games played on ESPN or one of their affiliated networks,

It's a silver chevron because the 1923 uniforms used a silver chevron. They tried to replicate as much of the uniform as possible, but of course had to make some modifications for new rules (such as the numbers)
I get it but I would have altered

Valid. Although intro doesn't state that aspect.

I do think Ohio's paw-print helmet is kinda cool. WKU "Tops" is neat for short-handing the nickname -- maybe they've done that in the past? (Full uniform I don't like much, especially the drop-shadow numeral)

That was my initial thought because the game is on fox networks/the competition. Still seems silly but I guess …..making money is priority number 1 these day.

I know I'm going to be so torn about the uniforms tonight. I'm going to absolutely LOVE them.... but at the same time be sad that those aren't the colors we use... and we'll never see them again.

Gotta think with all the love they're getting the team will incorporate some of this into the regular unis or so throwbacks on occasion.

So you think we will be C/W/C on the road again tomorrow? Personally I'd like to see a white helmet appearance outside of the "Ames" helmet.
