Bill come on now screenshots of blocks is what we're doing now? You're so much better than this. You know you can blow up about 70 plays a game and find this. It was a 50 yard punt. The ones that kick 50 and high everytime play on Sunday. Ya it was a little low but the blocking was top notch then Coop splits the two defenders at the midfield then picks up another excellent seal block at the 25. It was just a great play. I'm surprised you can't just tip your cap

That doesn't negate that fact that there was holding...

I’ve been wondering if a healthy Hill would be a better option than a 65% Cade. Guess we will find out. I’m guessing it will just be more of the same.
I still can't believe you guys paid $600k for Cade. And however much for Kaleb Brown who still doesn't have a catch this season.

In fairness, Erick All has stepped up in Lachey's absence minus the costly fumble in Happy Valley.

So now Cade was down to 65%? Wow…. that’s terrible. 75% was about the lowest I’d heard anyone say. Why was he playing then? Only because you had such a huge investment in him?

Hill must really suck to get beat out by a guy playing on one leg, huh?

Don’t worry…. you’ll still get your usual 9 wins like every year with your pathetic schedule as always. Congrats!

Hill reminded me a lot of Petras. System obviously plays a big role in that, but he wasn’t accurate at all. The only thing he has on McNamara is mobility. The qb sneak and bootleg are now firmly back in the game plan. No one will ever see it coming.

At EIU the bar is set so low for QB play that it is very easy to show improvement over the guy you are following because he sucked too. All the EIU fans I know that the McNamara was a huge upgrade over Petras and they would be able to throw the ball down the field thereby opening up the running game. But after 4 games, McNamara had not shown he was capable of doing that. Was that because he was injured or because he is just not real good, but I doubt anyone at Michigan gave second thoughts to him leaving.

EIU is going to win games the way they have been doing it for years, defense, special teams and playing crappy teams on their side of the conference. They are still going to win 8 games which will get them a Florida Bowl game.

It is all a guess, but the obvious part was that he was playing hurt for sure. I think the coaches felt he still gave us the best chance to be successful is why he played but they have been wrong before.

Hill hasn't looked great for sure and he was brought in because Iowa needed more QBs. Not sure if he will be better than Cade was playing hurt or not. But we are going to find out now.
