Outside of PC yesterday, the 18th has destroyed the US this week. Almost impossible for the US to win now.
I hate John Rahm, and pretty much the entire Euro team. What’s also ironic about this is the next Ryder Cup at Bethpage is definitely going to be rude and nasty
So is Hatton…. and now Rory too…. and I love Rory. Rory being so upset yesterday was not a good look. What a baby.
Ya. I like Rory too and really didn’t get that. I suspect more was said in the clubhouse after 18th and that is what the yelling was actually about. It was just so out of character and it’s not like the euros hadn’t been pony dancing all over the greens for the prior 1 1/2 days.
Half the euros practice their fist pumps in the mirror at their hotels.
Bethpage is going to be super nasty. Hell, Hazeltine in 2016 was nasty. When we went on Saturday, a lot of reports were out about how bad Friday was, so a lot of us just started turning in the people who were saying nasty stuff. I was on a hole when a dude yelled during a Euro put. Everyone pointed out the guy and they tossed him. I think a lot of it was the fact it was just a couple weeks from the 2016 election and people just went nuts.
I think the Medina collapse played a big part. Lots of US frustration being let out on the euros.
And they don’t give you a great idea of what’s happening. They’re bad.
Bummer. At least they made it a little exciting well into Sunday morning. The 18th hole killed them this week. The end of day collapse on Friday was especially costly.
Just give Tiger the reins of this for as long as he wants and move forward.
