Has this all been a made up thing to get people to tune in tomorrow…. including Rory’s tirade? Rory didn’t seem that upset on the 18th green when it happened, but then an hour later all of the sudden he’s pissed off about it?

I could see this take more if it wasn’t in Europe with the ****** up timing in the states. I think the viewership numbers are baked in already.
It probably won’t be great unless it gets compelling. Watching hasn’t been that great. I got up at 3 yesterday morning to watch and went back to bed in a half hour because I wasn’t going to forgo sleep for half the shots. It’s just like every sport at this point in that they have a captive audience and are selling as many commercials as possible. Apparently sky sports is worlds better.
Seems like the camera locations are pretty poor on this course.
I don’t think that’s really it. It’s been going downhill for awhile. What’s really annoying is that sometimes you pop on some obscure ESPN+ coverage and it’s wall-to-wall golf shots. There really isn’t a good reason to miss anything with so few balls in play out there but we do.
