Okay so this game sucked, but can we talk about how we MIGHT win more games than Iowa this year?

By the looks of it it's happening already.
I don’t know what to take away from that game that was positive. We had 4-5 big plays on offense and that was the extent of it. Playcalling I thought was horrid. Line play was equally bad. We just chose not to block the guy on the punt. And on top of that, the defense is clearly broken. There is zero talent at linebacker, and we get zero pressure. You can’t run a 3-3-5 with that talent. I don’t get how you can be this bad in year 8

apparently, allegedly, after the end of this game, there was another Campbell “hot seat” incident, this time yelled at him from an OU fan. Anyone see it or have more info?
I've got nothing anymore, brief excitement when it was 21-20.....oh so brief.
on the bright side…we won the Fiesta Bowl a few years ago…

COVID year, played against a bad PAC 12 team when the conference was down that year.
Played two teams in conference who were missing 80% of their starters due to COVID protocols (KSU and WVU)… Sounds like it.
It was a beatdown and will get worse as D is lost. Secondary has no idea how to break up a pass and instead tackles or gets PI. If Oline candidates can’t get into game then next year looks like 0 wins. CMC at last gasp. There are 5 winnable games but we wont

Not really. We had NFL talent and had a unique defensive scheme.
Yeah he was a huge difference maker, just much easier to match up without will out there
