100%. Then again, you have Robbins from
UA and Crow from ASU allegedly interviewing to be next Pres at Stanford. Neither guy wants to walk into the mess of getting Stanford onto a liferaft if the PAC crumbles.

Anyone else’s company would abstain them from all negotiations if it came to light that such a conflict of interest existed.

Does Stanford actually worry about athletics? They are very good at them occasionally and have I believe the largest # of teams in all sports. But I also think they are a respected enough institution academically that I'm not sure they worry about it, like the Ivy league doesn't really worry about sports.

Probably stupid question that may not matter. But if anyone is bored at work, it would be interesting to see how many UA grads are on the ABOR vs ASU grads

Thought the same thing. “He said this in an X” sounds so GD stupid.

Well unless everybody jumps on calling them X they can still be tweets. just like most facial tissues are Kleenex even though they are not.

Seems like Stanford could try and be the Notre Dame of the west if they wanted to be. Hell, BYU was independent for a few years and did fine. Or they could just join the Ivy League since they deem sports are of little consequence.

I'm sorry, this is just one of the funniest videos I've ever seen, regardless of what context they are trying to use it in. I'm still crying from laughing so hard.

For some reason I want to believe this clip is true.

After reading utah fan sites, I don’t want them. Just out of spite. Never really cares before but I hope they end up sucking a fat one in the mountain west
I dunno. I always like to have a villain. I'm not sure who that is for sure in the current set of Big 12 teams. I don't really "like" anyone else in the conference, but can't say I necessarily feel more animosity toward one over the other. KU in basketball is an obvious pick. Probably K-St in football. Seems like Utah could be more like an Iowa for us.

The bottom two are both ex oficio members so its really more like 2 full regent members who graduated from ASU and 1 who graduated from Arizona. But its fair to assume the board has more Arizona St. representation than Arizona.
