Yeah that would not have great sub numbers I'm guessing. I like college football but I'm not paying for a Pac12 only network. If they do it like MLS it's so much if you subscribe to Apple TV+ ($13/mo) and more if you want it stand alone ($15/mo).
I think people just need to be a little more patient.

But adding Rutgers makes NY/NJ in market. It increases the BTN carriage fee exponentially.Yeah. I'm guessing they really didn't need Rutgers. Plenty of Big 10 fans in NYC.
The most feasible way to make this happen is if they were to bundle the subscription with other services.Like I said, I will watch football any chance I get, even if it's between Iowa and Rutgers (shiver) or Fresno State vs UNLV. I love having games nearly every night of the week.
BUT, even with that and a subscription to every streaming service, I wouldn't likely subscribe to a PAC only add-on... unless they had games on when there was literally no other game on.
To build a revenue forecast on subscriber numbers that would have to be incredibly small would be a difficult task.
I don’t know but I’d like to try and sell Arizona a timeshare in Cancun. This Apple TV Deal is starting to sound like a MLM scheme advertising UNCAPPED earning potential with enough sign-ups
My gawd is the college football or Avon...
Woof. Any PAC-12 school that signs up for this disaster deserves what they get. I bet GK plays a mean game of 3 card Monty19.7 !?!?!?!?
LOL
Yep, no way you're getting most casual fans to sign up for a PAC12 only subscription. We rotate our subscriptions right now depending on what we're watchingI don't know about most people but my household is kind of getting "streamers fatigue" with the amount that we currently subscribe to and how many are out there.
I don't see us ever ditching Prime, we like YTTV, Disney for kids, but all the others are close to the chopping block for us.
