On my second time through it. I like the sound. Typical Foos, which is good for me. Lots of lyrics about Taylor, which is understandable, but maybe a little too much. 'Rest' made me recoil a bit, knowing that Taylor really didn't want to tour so much but Dave pushed him. At least that's what I read after his death.

Solid. When you consider their age/longevity it’s pretty impressive. “Under You” is top shelf Dave Grohl.

I kinda hope this is their last album. It just feels final, or something like that. Go out on a high note and all that jazz.

Yeah, I had read that too and definitely thought "Rest" came off like a pretty naked apology.

My wife took me to see Love and Rockets, who she was a big fan of in high school. I didn’t know much about their music but it’s good 80’s new wavy stuff.

Also the new album by The National is solid.
